Service Description

This is a dynamic, interactive workshop and drill program that prepares people, especially women, to become their own best source of secure living. We teach you skills such as mindfulness and how to tune into the best security barometer there is - your "gut" or instinct. We teach you simple and easy steps to make small changes when you notice a threat that steer you away from risk. We also train you how to react in an abduction if one occurs and how to survive. The course is excellent for any age group because it does not rely on physical strength but instead trains the mind. Recommended for college students all the way to seniors.
